The hotel offered great amenities, including a swimming pool and free access to a nearby golf course. The location was stunning, situated on the side of a dormant volcano with breathtaking views. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make guests feel welcome.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the room was small and the shower had low water pressure, which was not ideal for taller guests.

I was looking for a hotel situated in beautiful surroundings. Away from the busy nightlife, a place where you could wake up to the sound of birds singing and enjoy the nature and tranquility.The service was 5 star. At the reception Sebastian made me feel very welcome, the restaurent staff friendly and professinal, my room very clean and inviting. - I enjoyed sitting outside on the terrase overlooking the golf court having my evening meal after a long day of travel.A Perfect way to relaxe after a long flight. Unfortunately I was only staying one night as I had to be back in the airport the next day to continue my journey but I had a good night sleep and a break away from all the stres and noice. When I arrived to my final destination the following day I felt rested and fresh. If I have the time and possibility I would like to spend a golf holiday with Bandama Golf. It is a nice club and gives you a feeling of privacy and exclusivecy.

I like the location of the hotel and its staff. They were very kind in a professional way. The room was good too. Especially the third bed. This was not a "childrendsbed", but a normal bed. An adult could sleep on it.

The third bed was rather expensive, a discount of only 30% for the third person (in other hotels we mostly get a discount of 50% or more).

Lack of security measures.

Loved the stunning views from the hotel, overlooking the coast and golf course. The fresh and tasty breakfast was a definite highlight. the location was perfect for hiking around the nearby volcanic area.

The rooms were a bit dated and could use some updating. the wifi was only available in public areas and not in the rooms.

We had the best time with my squad. It's like only a 10-second walk to the first tee of the golf course, so we were straight flexing our golf skills. The grounds were legit, with a sick playground and a dope garden. Plus, we hit up the Gran Canaria Marina for some crazy water activities. Best vacay ever!

The only thing that was a bummer was that there wasn't a kickass party scene for us young peeps. Like, we were ready to turn up and go wild, but the hotel was more chill vibes.
